We went to Radius in Hamilton For Easter Brunch
On Sunday we changed things up a little and took a drive to Hamilton for Easter Brunch and we were so Happy we did. Our dining experience couldn’t have been any more special at Radius on James Street.
The Buffet had all the traditional breakfast foods including waffles, bacon, sausages, eggs benedict, home made hash browns, hot cross buns, danish pastries, salads and more.
At the carving station they sliced up prime rib and porchetta cooked just right.
The seafood table had shrimp and smoked salmon. There were East and West Coast oysters to choose from along with lemon slices and various sauces.
A bouquet of freshly cut tulips graced each table and my tropical violet mimosa was made with lichee juice. We were surrounded by the joy of Easter and beautiful spring colours.
The Sweet Dreams Desert table displayed petit fours of cheese cake, exquisitely decorated cupcakes and hard to resist macarons. Cotton candy and a fluffy chocolate cake were delightful.
I can’t remember when I enjoyed Easter Brunch as much as I did on Sunday. The relaxed friendly atmosphere and meticulous serving staff added the sunshine to make it absolutely perfect.
