Bronte Creek is also known as Palermo West. The neighbourhood spans from Upper Middle Road (south) to Dundas Street/ Hwy 5 (north) and from Bronte Road/ Hwy25 (east) to the 12 Mile Creek (west)
Bronte Creek Provincial Park is part of the neighbourhood making it the place to be for nature lovers. The provincial park is beautiful with trails running alongside of the 12 mile creek. It has a wonderful off leash trail for Dogs and their Owners to enjoy. The location is quiet, serene and family centred. It also attracts down sizers with a little more time on their hands to enjoy nature and trails. There’s great schools, parks and easy access for commuters to the 403 and QEW. Located south of Dundas you’re close to Burlington, with shopping and great amenities only 5 minutes away at Appleby Line and Third Line on the Oakville side. The Oakville Go Station is about 10 minutes down Bronte Road by car.
Bronte Creek’s stucco homes are eye catching to say the least. Some of the streets have a central median with trees and flowers adding to the ambience. There’s a good mix of detached 2 story homes, luxury freehold or condo towns and bungalows. Homes have 3 to 5 bathrooms depending on the size and single or double garages.
