This weekend is a perfect time to try out that restaurant you’ve been wondering about every time you drive by.
A Taste of Oakville is on right now until March 10th. It’s a culinary event featuring Prix-Fixe lunch and dinner menus. A number of restaurants across Oakville are hosting.
The Boot and Ritorno are part of the fun and on my mind, I must be craving Italian, I know they’re both excellent choices. Have a look at their delicious menus. On Tuesday there’ll be Dinner and a Show at some of the restaurants participating. Ritorno is featuring Cat Bernardi who will perform from 6:30-8:00. Call ahead for reservations.
The menus at all the restaurants are enticing. There’s something for everyone and still time to put a few of them on your list. The Mermaid and the Oyster is a seafood restaurant on Kerr Street that I have an inkling to try.
