Here’s Oakville’s Market update for June 2022 as compared to June 2021. The Average Price is down %, along with the number of active listings down 7.3% and number of units sold down 33.8%. The average days on market have just about doubled to 28 days which is a good thing giving more balance to Buyers and Sellers. The market is levelling out and adjusting to the increase in Bank Rates. Over the long term the market will continue to go up. Don’t wait, lock in now and find your perfect home.
